Job Title:

Office Operations Supervisor

This role involves overseeing daily administrative tasks, including email filtering and responses, phone call screening and filtering, scheduling for subcontractors, supporting estimation processes, assisting with variation estimate processes, managing the customer relationship management pipeline, qualifying leads, supporting social media marketing initiatives, maintaining consistent marketing activities, creating and maintaining standard operating procedures, and accurately tracking costs and project allocations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with email management systems, excellent communication skills, experience with CRM systems and a willingness to learn new platforms, proficiency in Excel for cost tracking and project management, experience with project management tools like Trello, and an understanding of construction/building industry terminology and processes.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm with 1 hour unpaid break | Australian Eastern Time
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home

This is a permanent work-from-home position with an 'Independent Contractor' arrangement. The candidate must have their own computer and internet connection and handle their own benefits and taxes.
