The Accounts Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations for the brand store, ensuring the seamless execution of projects and strategies to enhance overall store performance. The Accounts Supervisor plays a critical role in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and on-time project completion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years of e-commerce or digital/online activities or has a good background experience in digital/online activities and account management
  • Proven experience in managing accounts and handling key relationships is an advantage.
  • Highly trainable, organized, and systematic.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills, with leadership potential.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and platforms, and ability to apply insights to improve operations and project outcomes.
