We are looking for a driven and strategic Product Marketing Supervisor to lead marketing and product development programs for website and e-mall. The Product Marketing Supervisor will oversee category management in the startup phase, handling all in-house products and SME seller integrations. Responsibilities include product development, packaging and branding alignment, listings management, campaign planning, and performance monitoring. The role will also spearhead marketing initiatives that increase traffic, improve conversions, and strengthen marketplace performance, while collaborating with Digital Reseller Program to expand reach and sales opportunities.

This position requires cross-functional collaboration with suppliers, vendors, creative, IT, and admin teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and timely product launches. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and execution skills, proven experience in product or brand management, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
