Salary: Monthly salary + Night Differential (10–20%) + Performance Bonuses

We're a U.S. direct-to-consumer brand with over $300M in revenue. To power the next chapter of TikTok commerce, we've built a luxury 5-bedroom TikTok content house in Manila, complete with multiple studios and a modern kitchen set — dedicated to TikTok Shop, Live Selling, and Spark Ads.

The Role

As Night Supervisor (Senior Producer), you'll lead the nightshift TikTok Live team covering U.S. prime time. You'll ensure Hosts, Moderators, and Tech Ops stay on-script, the stream never drops, and every Live is compliant and optimized.

You'll be the hands-on leader at night, reporting into the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee nightshift Lives (1 AM – 1 PM PH, split across two shifts).
  • Manage Hosts, Moderators, Tech Ops, and Assistants during U.S. prime time.
  • Keep Lives aligned with company-provided SOPs and quality standards.
  • Ensure FTC compliance (training provided) and correct use of disclosures.
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time (stream health, staff handoffs, script adjustments).
  • Coordinate with Editors and Media Buyer to flag Spark-ready clips.
  • Provide daily shift reports to the Director of Operations.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in live commerce, studio production, or broadcast operations.
  • Experience running TikTok Live, Shopee Live, LazLive, or Shoppertainment-style campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills — able to keep a team focused during night hours.
  • Organized, KPI-driven, and able to enforce SOPs consistently.
  • Solid communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working onsite in night shifts aligned to U.S. hours.
