Summary

The job holder is responsible for achieving sales and income targets by building and managing their own sales pipeline, while identifying and qualifying opportunities for the Company's assigned range of food products.

Major Responsibilities
  • Drive sales opportunities and achieve assigned sales and income targets.
  • Develop sales plans, secure orders, and promote company products, solutions, and services.
  • Identify and build relationships with new and existing customers to expand market presence.
  • Conduct technical seminars, product demonstrations, and customer visits to strengthen engagement.
  • Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities; provide timely updates and counter-strategy inputs to the Department Manager.
  • Prepare quotations, costing, and proposals for customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Submit regular sales reports, activity plans, and updates on opportunities and issues.
Qualifications
  • Supervisory or senior-level professional with at least 10 years of experience
  • Strong background in food ingredients/raw materials
  • Educational background in Food Technology or Chemical Engineering
  • Solid technical expertise with prior experience in a food laboratory
  • Able to collaborate effectively and communicate in the same technical language as R&D teams
  • Proven track record in senior sales roles
  • Coverage focus: Metro Manila and nearby provinces
