Established in 2024, Inversal Distribution trades in consumer products, selling online and to wholesalers. It also serves as the strategic Philippine partner of Inversal Inc., which has both founded and acquired 50+ brands to date.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Account Executive is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting along with the Account Manager all the way to closing deals, with a focus on both inbound and outbound sales. This role involves offering wholesale and distribution agreements for the company's different brands to potential distribution and reselling partners across assigned territories worldwide. The ideal candidate must be results-driven, skilled in both inbound and outbound sales, and has a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Target Achievement
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Sales Cycle Management
- Handle the complete sales process including prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing deals.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent performance and revenue growth.
Outbound Sales
- Conduct outbound calls to engage potential clients, present product offerings, and secure new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify leads to build a strong client base of distributors and resellers.
Territory Management
- Focus on selling to distributors and resellers within the assigned global territory.
Client Relationship Building
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with distributors and resellers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Product Expertise
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product line, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or any related field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but candidates with at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or similar roles are preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proven experience dealing with international clients, understanding their needs, and adapting communication styles to align with cultural expectations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or the like) for managing client data, tracking interactions, and keeping records up to date.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
