Job Description:
- To develop and implement Account and Business plans to align with overall Business Strategies and Plans.
- Identify and develop business opportunities of key accounts.
- Prospecting and acquiring new businesses through individual and team efforts.
- To communicate and ensure execution and achievement of targets in the Account Business Plans.
- To ensure consistent improvement of profit/quality in line with the targets identified in the Business Plans.
Job Qualifications:
- Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities necessary for satisfactory job performance.
- Experience in warehousing, domestic freight forwarding, courier, and logistics is a must, with expertise with Peza clients. Minimum of 3 years including at least 1 year in the same position.
- A combination of freight forwarding and airline sales or operations experience is a plus factor.
- A Bachelor's degree with major course in Management, Marketing, or related discipline. Postgraduate degree preferred but not required.
- Computer literate.
- Good communication skills (written and spoken).
- Good presentation skills, creativity, sales planning, independence, and motivation for sales.
