
Admin Assistant

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to support a company specializing in high-quality, custom-made window furnishings. This role is critical to improving the turnaround time on quotes and ensuring consistent communication with potential clients, directly impacting revenue growth.
Part-time: ~35 hours/week (with potential to grow into more hours)
Remote: Fully remote, AU working hours (PH-based candidates preferred)
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Monthly Rate: $ based on a 35-hour workweek)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Generate and send out quotes using ServiceM8 and QuoteRite following in-home consultations
- Follow up with customers 2–3 days after sending quotes via phone, email, or text to address questions and assist with scheduling
- Manage and respond to email inquiries, maintaining a clean and organized inbox
- Maintain detailed customer records and notes within the CRM system
- Efficiently prioritize and process both small and large job quotes
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
- You have 2+ years of admin or virtual assistant experience, preferably in a service-based business
- You are proficient in ServiceM8 and QuoteRite or are a quick learner with new software
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and are comfortable making follow-up phone calls in a friendly, professional manner
- You have excellent time management skills and a meticulous attention to detail
- You are self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently
- You have a reliable internet connection and a proper home office setup
