
HR Admin Officer

- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee information & HR database system.
- Prepare and maintain employee contracts, performance appraisal and other HR related documents.
- Assist in administering employee benefits, compensation, timekeeping and payroll.
- Hands on experience with HRIS or Sprout is an advantage.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws & regulations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee regarding HR related queries or concerns.
- Help manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary.
- Support other administrative duties assigned by superior.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related course
- Must have 3 years or above experience as HR/Admin Officer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in HRIS or Sprout is a must
- Knowledge of labor legislation.
