About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at OnseSource Global. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and opportunities through various channels, including social media, email, and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Outreach: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to connect with potential clients, establish relationships, and introduce our services.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs, challenges, and concerns, positioning our services as custom-fit solutions.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up calls or appointments with our sales team to further discuss business opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our business development projects and campaigns, analyzing lead generation metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members from various departments to ensure alignment on needs and developments for cohesive operations and service delivery.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights that enhance our market stance.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
  • Three to five years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in lead generation software, including Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Contactout, Clay, etc.
  • Experience in lead generation through online channels, especially LinkedIn.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong data gathering, reporting, analytics, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, and adaptive mindset.
