As the Indonesia Key Account Modern Trade at Gmeelan, you will play a crucial role in building, managing, and strengthening relationships with our key modern trade. This full-time position is based in Pasig, Metro, Manila, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key MT clients, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Negotiate and secure favourable contract terms and pricing to maximise profitability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve existing strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management on account performance and progress.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the MT category or in relevant retail and/or beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts, with a focus on driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to secure favourable terms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of an organisation.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making skills to identify growth opportunities and improve customer experiences.
  • Proficient in using CRM and sales reporting tools to track and measure account performance.
