Key Account Growth Manager

About the Role
The Key Account Growth Manager is responsible for supporting the Key Account Manager in executing customer strategies, including sales plans, promotions, and product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sales presentations, account reviews, and business proposals to ensure effective communication with customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and timely delivery of customer requirements.
- Analyze sales data, customer trends, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and provide actionable insights to the account team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in customer development, sales support, or account management within the CPG industry.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with both internal teams and external customers.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
