Globe Telecom is a leading telecommunications company in the Philippines, providing cellular, broadband, and mobile data services to enrich customers' digital lifestyle.
We are seeking a skilled CRM Manager to drive growth for existing Globe Business Key Accounts via cross-sell, upsell, and renewal programs. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer behavior, marketing automation tools, and business analytics.
Job Description:The CRM Manager will be responsible for designing and developing personalized experiences across online and offline executions. This includes maintaining a laser focus on increasing lifetime value, purchase frequency, multi-product adoption, and customer satisfaction.
The role involves collaborating with internal teams such as CRM - Strategy, Operations, Retention, Loyalty, Marketing, Business Intelligence, L2A, CXM, Product, and Sales to deliver targeted campaigns. The CRM Manager will also employ Account-Based Marketing strategies working closely with sales and customer success teams.
The primary objective is to achieve financial targets that heavily drive business revenue, including GSR and coverage. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and project management abilities.
