What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key modern trade customers to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.

  • Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand business with existing customers.

  • Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both TeamRidemax Philippines and our customers.

  • Provide strategic recommendations to the sales leadership team to enhance customer experience and improve our offerings.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including marketing and operations, to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Monitor and analyze key account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to better position TeamRidemax Philippines in the market.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a modern trade key account management role, preferably in the sales industry.

  • Strong understanding of the modern trade landscape and the ability to navigate complex customer relationships.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence key stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.

  • Proficient in using relevant sales and customer relationship management tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience working with major retail corporations such as SM Malls, Robinsons, and other big retail chains is a significant advantage.

  • Proven experience in developing and managing major corporate retail accounts is highly desirable.
