What You'll Be Doing
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key modern trade customers to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand business with existing customers.
Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both TeamRidemax Philippines and our customers.
Provide strategic recommendations to the sales leadership team to enhance customer experience and improve our offerings.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including marketing and operations, to deliver exceptional customer service.
Monitor and analyze key account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to better position TeamRidemax Philippines in the market.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in a modern trade key account management role, preferably in the sales industry.
Strong understanding of the modern trade landscape and the ability to navigate complex customer relationships.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence key stakeholders.
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
Proficient in using relevant sales and customer relationship management tools.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience working with major retail corporations such as SM Malls, Robinsons, and other big retail chains is a significant advantage.
Proven experience in developing and managing major corporate retail accounts is highly desirable.
