">As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch end-user service desk support via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
">- Managing incidents and requests within the ticketing system.
- Performing and documenting daily ticket follow-ups with end users within the respective ticketing system.
- Resolving username and password problems.
- Providing multifactor authentication, single sign-on, and VPN support.
- Performing software and application support.
- Providing remote hardware support for laptops, tablets, mobile devices, monitors, docking stations, printers, and accessories.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills. You should be able to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions to customers.
">The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of progressive experience in a technical support role with an MSP or call center IT support environment. You should possess technical proficiency with common hardware, software, and technologies, including Windows, Office, iOS, laptops, tablets, Mobile Device Management (MDM), VPN, WiFi, etc.
">You will also need to have knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, O365, MFA, SSO, Okta, networking, and server concepts. Understanding of call center metrics and KPIs is also essential.
">A college or technology school degree is preferred, but not required. If you have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
