We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee office operations and manage a team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience handling an office with employees, focusing on operations management, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership. The role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficiency.
  2. Manage a team, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
  3. Handle stakeholder management, coordinating with internal and external teams for seamless business operations.
  4. Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and operational strategies.
  5. Supervise facilities management, office supplies, vendor coordination, and administrative support.
  6. Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and cost optimization strategies.
  7. Address employee concerns related to office infrastructure, security, and operational needs.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations while maintaining a professional workplace culture.
  9. Assist with event planning, employee engagement activities, and administrative projects as needed.
  10. Coordinate with HR, IT, and Finance teams to support smooth operational processes.

Key Requirements:

  1. 7+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative leadership.
  2. Experience in handling more than 70 employees within an office setting.
  3. Strong expertise in operations management and process optimization.
  4. Hands-on experience in stakeholder coordination and vendor management.
  5. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
  8. Ability to work in a US shift (Night Shift) environment.
