Makati Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to join our team at StairBiz Software Pty Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Makati office, handling bookkeeping, PH accounts and payroll, staff management, and office administration tasks. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing financial records, including data entry, bank and credit card reconciliations, and financial report generation.
- Processing PH payroll and ensuring compliance with statutory benefits.
- Handling accounts payable, including invoice verification and payment processing.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records in Xero accounting software.
- Assisting with audit preparations and compliance reporting as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's/College degree in Accountancy or related field, with 1-2 years of experience as a Junior Accountant/Bookkeeper or similar. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Xero accounting software are essential.
Additionally, we require an individual who is:
- Able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed.
- Flexible with working hours, with the option to work from home on certain days.
