Job Summary:

The Senior Office Manager is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives at J&B Services. This includes managing calendars, arranging travel, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and arrange travel for senior executives
- Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution
- Develop and implement processes to improve administrative workflows
- Represent executives in meetings or discussions when required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a professional services or accounting environment
- Advanced skills with MS Office and Adobe products, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat
- Proficiency in proprietary software
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support the executive team effectively
