OverviewFinance Assistant role at SUBIC DRYDOCK CORPORATION. The position supports month-end close, reconciliations, and finance-related administrative tasks within the project guidelines established.
Responsibilities- Assist with the month-end close process.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information at all times.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of ledger accounts.
- Maintain required records, reports, and files in an organized manner.
- Review open invoice reports; follow up with a schedule of payments or adjustments.
- Review receipts and disbursements, ensure correct account distribution, and verify that all supporting documentation is accurate and in order.
- Assist Finance Manager with the year-end financial audit.
- Perform other related duties as directed within the project guidelines established.
- College graduate with degree in Accountancy or related courses
- At least three (3) years related experience in Accounting / Finance office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Mid-Senior level
