Job Summary
The Project-Based Administrative Officer will support the Project Manager in ensuring smooth financial and operational documentation for the project. The role covers monitoring of materials, fund requests, liquidation, payroll, and reporting, while also maintaining constant communication with management for timely project updates.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate records of materials used and delivered.
- Prepare periodic inventory reports for management review.
Financial Documentation
Prepare and submit liquidation reports for project expenses.
- Facilitate timely requests of amounts needed for project execution.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting and audit procedures.
Payroll Administration
Manage attendance and payroll of project workers.
- Prepare salary disbursement reports for approval and processing.
Project Assistance
Assist the Project Manager in preparing progress reports, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Provide constant project updates to management and ensure timely submission of required reports.
Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Must know how to drive (with valid driver's license).
- Microsoft Office literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Graduate of any business, finance, or management-related course (preferred).
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in project administration, accounting, or site coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and under time-sensitive conditions.
