Key Responsibilities- Process accounts payable and receivable related to strata plans.
- Assist in preparing budgets, financial statements, and levy notices.
- Reconcile bank accounts and monitor trust accounts.
- Manage invoice entry and payment runs in accordance with compliance standards.
- Support strata managers with financial queries and documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a real estate or strata finance role.
- Background in strata operations or property management is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Must have hands-on experience using Strata Max.
