Admin Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs administrative and office functions;
- Fund custodian;
- Endorse ECFs to the Accounting and Finance Department;
- Procurement of office supplies and other office needs;
- Communicate with government agencies and instrumentalities such as SSS, Phil health, Pag-IBIG, BIR and LGUs;
- Creates and maintains filing systems;
- Book and organizes travels and accommodations;
- Receive, assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests;
- Review fund request letters and expense claim forms;
- Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval;
- Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files;
- Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoices for payments;
- Monitoring of employees' travel purposes, time and van rental for field purposes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience
- Required Skill(s): Computer skills, Facilitation skills
