DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs administrative and office functions;
  • Fund custodian;
  • Endorse ECFs to the Accounting and Finance Department;
  • Procurement of office supplies and other office needs;
  • Communicate with government agencies and instrumentalities such as SSS, Phil health, Pag-IBIG, BIR and LGUs;
  • Creates and maintains filing systems;
  • Book and organizes travels and accommodations;
  • Receive, assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests;
  • Review fund request letters and expense claim forms;
  • Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval;
  • Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files;
  • Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoices for payments;
  • Monitoring of employees' travel purposes, time and van rental for field purposes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience
  • Required Skill(s): Computer skills, Facilitation skills
