Technical Recruiter

Location: Remote - Philippines candidates only

Candidate will work from home anywhere in Philippines.

Equipment will be provided

Salary range, based on experience:

M-F

Night Shift - 8 hours

Job Duties:

The Recruiter's duties and responsibilities include the ability to build relationships with candidates that prove fruitful over time; building a virtual bench of ready candidates for the clients we serve. Coordinate communication with compliance team for onboarding purposes to client and AgileOne policies and procedures. In this role, you will need to read potential candidates for an excellent cultural fit and engage candidates to work for our client. Strong communication skills are a core of success in this role since you will often act as the point of communication between hiring managers, clients, and candidates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Full life cycle recruiting support for our client's locations.
  • Create job ads and talent attraction strategies.
  • Utilize Internet and web-based recruiting job boards and systems to identify, manage information and candidates.
  • Enter, maintain, and manage database information (Potentially utilizing several ATS and/or ERM applications).
  • Report on recruitment results/effectiveness and stats as needed.
  • Accurately gather and discover necessary hiring requirements from hiring managers (department profiling), if applicable.
  • Convey to candidates an understanding of the business and requirements for each open position.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, communicate effectively with candidates at all stages.
  • Manage and track all requisition and candidate activity.
  • Conduct reference and background checks (if applicable at client location).
  • Extend offers and facilitate negotiation (if applicable at client location).
  • Ensure that unsuccessful candidates are advised in a timely manner.
  • Train team on new processes driven by client and/or AgileOne and sister companies.
  • Communicate information regarding successes, challenges, and changes to designated leadership at client site(s) and AgileOne.
  • Liaison with client(s) on communication between customer and team.
  • Research markets, companies, teams, and role types based on industry, financial state, recent acquisitions, and market events to drive sourcing strategies for current or upcoming roles.
  • Build pipelines of qualified and underrepresented candidates from a variety of sources, including accessing pools of talent from historically underrepresented groups in the industry.
  • Use high-quality qualitative and quantitative data to influence decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant with our Intranet.
  • Prepare candidates for the interview and fix resumes when needed.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Facilitate candidate assessments and test, review and interpret assessment results.
Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Internet recruiting systems to include developing and posting of requisitions and tracking interview/hiring statistics.
  • Advanced knowledge and mastery of tools such as OANet, ATS. Capability to create candidate profiles, upload their resume information, and follow the process until the candidate is placed.
  • In-depth knowledge/familiarity with web-based job boards, research, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proven ability to direct source, creation of effective Boolean strings, and identification of passive potential candidates.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of openings while maintaining flexibility, professionalism, and adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little supervision, and work well under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting is essential. Delivering candidates swiftly is crucial, as a quick turnaround with quality candidates is key to our clients' success.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and work independently with a sense of urgency.
  • Capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously and handling a variety of role types, including mass recruitment, professional, administrative, technical, scientific, and IT talent.
Education Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, equivalent or related field desired.

Job Experience Requirement:

3 years of experience in recruiting to include sourcing candidates, interviewing, and negotiating job offers.

Language/Communication Skills (written & verbal):

Proficient in reading and interpreting business publications, professional journals, technical guidelines, and regulatory documents. Experienced in drafting reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Effective at presenting information and addressing inquiries from managers, clients, and the general public.

Computer/System Skills Requirements:

Must be proficient in the following computer applications: MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, Google, Microsoft Edge, Live and Metasearch engines, Boolean search strings, ATS applications (Brassring, Taleo, Vurv, HodesiQ, PeopleClick or other), CRM such as Smashfly, Aveture or another and/or other IM.
