Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical Recruiter, your primary goal is to drive the highest possible number of successful hires, ensuring a win-win outcome for our company, clients, and candidates. Your responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identifying and engaging with highly skilled technical talent to meet hiring demands efficiently.
  • Leveraging creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates, ensuring a continuous pipeline of top talent.
  • Conducting thorough screenings and assessments to evaluate technical skills, work experience, and cultural fit, ensuring candidates meet client expectations.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged and motivated throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborating closely with account managers, hiring managers, and clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality, tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Continuously expanding industry knowledge to stay ahead of hiring trends, job market shifts, and technical skill demands.
  • Managing multiple recruitment pipelines efficiently, maintaining high organization and ensuring timely placements to maximize successful hires.

Who We're Looking For:

  • For Experienced Candidates:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a top-performing Technical Recruiter in a high paced staffing/recruitment agency.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed hiring targets and metrics.
  • For Fresh Graduates:
  • A strong academic background with a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • A keen interest in recruitment and technology, with a natural ability to connect with people and solve problems.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, coupled with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
