RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical support and services to head office and branches

  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, network, printers and scanners

  • Manage stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies for head office and branch

  • Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction

  • Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use

  • Perform other tasks assigned and undertake any other IT duties as may be required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Required Skill(s): Networking TCP, IP Protocols, Desktop Support, Network printing, Remote Support

  • Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

  • With knowledge in network system and troubleshooting

  • Basic knowledge in hardware and software system
