Sales Training Officer

This position is primarily responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of new dealers, maintaining and enhancing the relationships with the existing network of dealers of Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc (PCDSI). The primary objectives are to expand the dealer network, ensure dealer satisfaction, foster loyalty among dealers, and drive sales growth.

• Dealer Recruitment: Implements effective strategies to attract potential dealers through various channels and implements recruitment-related Intentional Activities (IAs) according to set schedule and guidelines.
• Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong, lifelong relationships with dealers based on trust and mutual respect; provides personalized support and timely, professional assistance; engages with dealers to understand their personal and business goals and provide tailored solutions.
• Dealer Onboarding and Training: Facilitates onboarding for new dealers, provides comprehensive training on products and direct selling techniques, and collaborates with internal teams to develop onboarding materials, resources, and tools for a smooth transition.
• New Dealer Engagement: Serves as the primary point of contact between potential/new dealers and PCDSI; addresses questions and concerns and facilitates the endorsement and transition to the Dreams Fulfillment Officer – Heart-to-Heart to support relationship-building initiatives.
• New Dealer Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Analyzes data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and works with new dealers to capitalize on these opportunities.
• Coaching and Training: Coaches existing dealers on dealer group management, dealership progression, and achievement of set personal vision and goals; provides training on product features, sales techniques, and effective marketing strategies; conducts regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Center of Excellence Collaboration: Develops training materials, tools, and resources tailored to dealer needs.
• Dealer Performance Monitoring and Analysis (continued): Monitors dealer performance metrics and provides feedback to maximize revenue and overcome challenges.
• Sales Target Achievement and Reporting: Drives and monitors branch sales through recruiter activities and tracks KPIs; prepares regular reports on recruitment activities, progress, and outcomes.
• Other: Generates branch sales through effective relationship management; implements strategies to increase dealer income and facilitate dealer progression.

• Preferably a bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar work environment.
• Driven by a strong sense of mission and purpose; strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, build rapport, trust, and influence others.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with individuals across generations and diverse personalities.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated flexibility regarding schedules and geographic locations; capacity to perform effectively under pressure; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
