Job Description

YOUR ROLE AS A Officer, Training & Standards Admin:
● Administrative Officer under AirAsia shall be responsible to the Administrative Supervisor and provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a variety of tasks, including organizing schedules, managing communications, and maintaining office systems. The individual must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team

WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:
● Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, facilities, and uniforms inventory
● Handle incoming and outgoing communications such as phone calls, emails, coordinate meetings, make appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or staff
● Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
● Be a point of contact for external vendors, clients, and partners
● Assist with onboarding, maintaining employee records, and facilitating internal communications
● Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and initiatives as needed
● Keep department files and records updated and well-organized
● Ensure timely and accurate submission of departmental reports
● Process payroll for Cabin Crew, including claims, sector allowances, short payments, and productivity tracking
● Track departmental office supplies, including stationery and documentation stock, ensuring sufficient inventory levels
● Prepare staff travel requisitions for company-related trips
● Maintain and update Cabin Crew records using the AIMS system
● Track all medical certificates (MC) and verify records for accuracy
