Responsibilities
  • Recruit and onboard new dealers
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with the existing dealer network
  • Expand the dealer network, ensure dealer satisfaction, foster loyalty, and drive sales growth
  • Dealer Recruitment: implement effective strategies to attract potential dealers through various channels
  • Execute recruitment-related Intentional Activities (IAs) according to the set schedule and guidelines
  • Present PCDSI's business model, products, and opportunities to potential dealers persuasively
  • Relationship Management: build and maintain strong, lifelong relationships with dealers based on trust
  • Provide personalized support to existing dealers, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Engage with dealers to understand their personal and business goals and provide tailored solutions
  • Implement relationship-management-related IAs such as Heart-to-Heart, Progression Meetings, Appreciation Meetings, and Weekend activities
  • Dealer Onboarding and Training: facilitate onboarding for new dealers and guide them through steps to becoming a Great Life Leader
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to new dealers, including product training and direct selling techniques
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop onboarding materials, resources, and tools to streamline the process
