A Sales Officer will be responsible for managing a branch office, leading the sales team, and ensuring the branch meets its sales and business goals. The role combines branch operations, sales growth, customer service, and team leadership.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth processes, and comply with company and industry rules.
  • Recruit, train, and guide agents and staff, while fostering teamwork and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, address concerns, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to hit sales targets across Bancassurance, Agency, Brokers, and other channels.
  • Manage the branch budget, monitor profitability, and ensure accurate reports.
  • Identify risks, enforce safety/security measures, and maintain compliance.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • with 3 years of relevant experience in a leadership role, ideally in branch management or insurance.
  • Strong sales, customer service, and people management skills.
  • Good financial, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of non-life insurance is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Amenable to work in Greenhills or Binondo
