Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Training Manager located in Metro Manila. The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, creating training materials, providing coaching and feedback, and collaborating with sales leadership to identify training needs and assess the effectiveness of programs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Trainings, Training, and Training & Development
  • Strong Communication and Coaching skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
