The HR Officer handles employee relations, recruitment, benefits, labor relations, and supports employee training and development at Robinsons Supermarket.
Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage grievances, and address labor-related matters (e.g., attending admin hearings, drafting NTEs, NDAs, etc.).
- Assist on implementing initiatives related to improving employee engagement and employee experience.
