Job Description Description

We are seeking a motivated HR Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various HR functions, supporting both employees and management to foster a productive workplace.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
  • Contribute to the performance management process and assist in evaluations.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
