The Human Resources (HR) Officer handles the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization. They assist HR managers with recruitment, record maintenance, and payroll processing, and provide clerical support to all the employees.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
  • Serve as a point of contact with benefit workers and administrators.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Maintain the calendars of the HR management team.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related (essential)
  • Must have at least 1-2 years of experience as an HR Assistant, Generalist or alike.
  • Working experienced in the Construction Industry is a plus.
  • Licensed/registered Psychometrician is advantageous.
  • Ability to have effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Has exposure to payroll practices.
  • Has a full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Willing to work on-site in Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
