We are looking for Associates who are graduates of Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course, who are interested in a career in Talent Attraction and Acquisition - Campus Recruitment Service Delivery.
The Opportunity
Join SGV's Talent Attraction and Acquisition Team (Campus Recruitment Service Delivery) and be part of a team of dynamic and young professionals dedicated to driving the firm's recruitment strategy, vital for our business expansion by identifying the right talent for the job. As part of the team, you'll be right at the heart of that goal, where you directly engage with colleagues and candidates from a diverse array of backgrounds. We are committed to operating with integrity, quality, and professionalism as we deliver exceptional Audit, Tax, Consulting and Strategy and Transaction services.
Key responsibilities
- Curate job descriptions, posting job ads on various platforms and utilizing social media and job boards to attract candidates
- Manage candidate sourcing, maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Leverage recruitment technologies and databases, such as Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline and enhance recruitment process
- Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and shortlist candidates for further assessment
- Conduct pre-offer checks and background verification to confirm employment history
- Extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiating terms and conditions
- Coordinate and manage pre-onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to first day of work
- Identify, analyze, and enhance the recruitment's efficiency and effectiveness within the organization and for continuous improvement
- Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage candidate and client relationships
- Generate and present reports on recruitment activities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders of the organization
- Convert engaged candidates into active applicants (i.e. former Interns and early identified talents)
- Maintain ongoing engagement with candidates and new hires
Education and experience
- Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course
- 0-2 years of work experience in Recruitment are welcome to apply
Ideally, you'll also have
- Adept in reviewing skills qualifications and paper screening.
- Proficient in sourcing and quality candidate endorsement
- Task Management Skills
- Can work independently or with a team
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
