We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the manpower needs of our organization.
Job Description:- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- Improves job ad attractiveness by recommending new efforts, monitoring job offers and compensation practices, and emphasizing benefits and perks.
- Ensures the pre-employment requirements of the candidates are complete.
- Secures the approval of signatories for the new hires' access forms.
- List down the names of the new hires in the New Employee Tracker and ensure correct details for the Training team's reference.
- Collaborates with the hiring department for the pre-onboarding preparation (i.e, work tools and equipment, etc.)
- Collaborates with the Training team for the orientation of new hires.
- Collaborates with the Admin team for the post-onboarding agenda (i.e, issuance of ID, office tour, etc.)
- Collaborates with the Total Rewards team to endorse completed requirements and documents for filing.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- Applicants with Latin Honors are a plus.
- Open to fresh graduates.
