About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the expansion of a newly launched loyalty program for a major international airline. You will be responsible for building a network of Australian-based business partners to offer exclusive perks and benefits to program members. This is a high-impact, end-to-end sales position with full ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

About the Company

This role is for our client, a leader in the airline and travel loyalty industry. You will contribute to a high-profile partnership with one of the world\'s largest airlines. The successful candidate will receive continuous training and support from Illicium, including specialized sales programs, in addition to the client\'s internal initiatives.

Your Impact: Responsibilities of the Role
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive outreach strategy, including cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Actively identify and qualify new partnership opportunities within the Australian market.
  • Proactively follow up on all leads and potential partners to nurture relationships.
  • Lead discovery calls and negotiations to convert qualified leads into signed partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and progress in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed set targets for partner acquisition and revenue.
What You\'ll Bring: Requirements
  • Proven end-to-end sales experience with a strong track record as a "closer".
  • Demonstrated experience handling discovery calls and managing a full sales pipeline.
  • Willingness to work Australian business hours (AEST).
  • Ability to work remotely with your own laptop or computer.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Competitive OTE (On-Target Earnings): PHP 120,000 (includes base and commission)
