About the Role:

One of our clients is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst / Senior Analyst to enhance their revenue processes and operational efficiency. This role bridges sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring effective lead management, CRM optimization, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-oriented, and eager to contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  2. Optimize CRM workflows, troubleshoot issues, and manage system integrations.
  3. Train teams on CRM best practices and data hygiene.
  4. For Senior Analyst: Lead CRM enhancements, evaluate new tools, and drive automation strategy.

Data Analytics & Revenue Reporting:

  1. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
  2. Provide real-time performance insights for leadership decision-making.
  3. Support forecasting efforts by analyzing sales trends and pipeline velocity.
  4. For Senior Analyst: Develop predictive models and provide strategic insights to optimize revenue processes.

Sales Operations & Process Optimization:

  1. Support sales teams by managing learner enrollment, tracking payments, and ensuring compliance in contract management.
  2. Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend improvements.
  3. For Senior Analyst: Lead process transformation initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Marketing & Learner Success Collaboration:

  1. Work with marketing to measure campaign performance and refine targeting strategies.
  2. Ensure Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) are effectively nurtured into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  3. Align learner onboarding and retention processes with revenue objectives.
  4. For Senior Analyst: Act as a key business partner to sales and marketing teams.

Performance Tracking & GTM Strategy Support:

  1. Define and track KPIs across sales and marketing teams.
  2. Support strategic planning by analyzing market trends and competitor benchmarks.
  3. Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and program teams to ensure smooth operations.
  4. For Senior Analyst: Drive strategic alignment and recommend process optimizations.

Event Management Support:

  1. Assist with event logistics and coordination for in-person and virtual events.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team for EDM creation and outreach strategies.
  3. Manage event registrations, attendee tracking, and post-event follow-ups.
  4. Work closely with sales and marketing to maximize lead generation from events.

Requirements:

  1. Analyst: 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Management, or Revenue Operations.
  2. Senior Analyst: 6-9 years of experience with a proven track record in revenue process optimization and strategic planning.
  3. Strong analytical skills with experience in HubSpot or other CRM tools.
  4. Proficiency in data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau).
  5. Ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies through automation.
  6. Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  7. Strong communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
