About the job Business Development RepresentativeThe Business Development Representative will be responsible for driving growth through proactive outreach, engaging prospects, and qualifying leads. You will leverage industry-leading tools like Lusha, Seamless, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting and data accuracy. This role requires close collaboration with the Head of Global Sales and Marketing to create effective sales strategies and optimize the lead conversion process.This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work in the office (Cebu/Ortigas) set-up.If you have the right skill set, this may be your opportunity to enter this fast-growing organization.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Prospect & Lead Generation: Utilize tools like Lusha, Seamless, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential clients and build targeted lead lists.Outbound Outreach: Execute outreach campaigns through cold calls, emails, and social selling to generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline.Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, qualify leads, and assess alignment with Tahches offshore staffing solutions.Collaborative Selling: Partner with the Head of Global Sales and Marketing to refine engagement strategies and support the transition of qualified leads.CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting and follow-ups.Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach tactics and positioning.Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, call targets, and conversion rates.QUALIFICATIONS:Candidate may be a graduate of College/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other relevant field.At least 3+ years of experience in Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Development Representative (SDR), preferably within a B2B environment.Proven experience with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) or staffing solutions.Familiarity with sales tools such as Lusha, Seamless, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Experience with CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and business owners.Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable, with a growth mindset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
