About the Role:

Channel Hunters is looking for motivated and goal-driven Business Development Representatives to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments, and representing our clients professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls/outbound calls to potential clients and prospects
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Represent our clients in a professional and engaging manner
  • Meet performance targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

  • Good to excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • At least 1 year of cold calling or appointment setting experience (preferred)
  • Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and USB headset
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly rate: To be discussed during the interview
  • Monthly uncapped commission opportunities
  • Fully remote position (work from home)
  • Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday
  • Shift schedule may vary based on client location

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php300.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
