Overview

The Corporate Marketing Director is the strategic head of marketing for a multi-campus school system (K–12 through college). The role is focused on enhancing brand reputation, driving enrollment growth, and ensuring consistent messaging across diverse locations.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a long-term marketing strategy aligned with the school system's mission, using market research, data analytics, and budget forecasting.

  • Brand Management: Build a strong and consistent brand identity, establish brand guidelines, and oversee production of marketing collateral.

  • Enrollment Marketing: Lead targeted campaigns to attract and retain students; work closely with admissions teams to meet enrollment goals using digital and traditional marketing channels.

  • Digital Presence: Manage and optimize websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and online reputation.

  • Public Relations: Handle media relations, crisis communication, and internal communications to maintain trust and alignment.

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the marketing team; collaborate with principals and administrative staff; report progress to senior leadership.

  • Events & Community Engagement: Oversee school fairs, open houses, outreach programs, and build partnerships with community organizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 7–10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience (3–5 years at director level).

  • Proven success in educational marketing, especially in multi-campus systems.

  • Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO, SEM, social media, analytics).

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and crisis management skills.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools/CRM systems; willing to travel between campuses.
