Greentree Food Solutions (GFS), a proud subsidiary of LH Paragon, Inc. (LHPI), is on the lookout for an experienced and visionary Strategic Marketing and Sales Director to steer our commercial initiatives. This leadership role will play a vital part in driving business growth, strengthening the brand, and maximizing sales performance across various platforms.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Sales Leadership

  • Manage and improve daily sales execution across all touchpoints—including dine-in, take-out, delivery apps, and B2B/corporate channels.
  • Develop performance tracking tools, including dashboards and metrics, to assess and enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Launch reward and retention programs that inspire top-tier performance across the sales organization.

Market Development

  • Discover and activate new revenue streams through events, strategic alliances, corporate deals, and local partnerships.
  • Identify untapped customer bases and expand geographic reach.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide long-term expansion planning.

Brand & Marketing Strategy

  • Refine and build a consistent brand message that aligns with evolving consumer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Plan and manage 360° marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-store channels.
  • Build and execute initiatives that deepen customer connection and boost loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline; MBA preferred but not required.
  • 5–10 years of solid experience in sales and marketing, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior exposure to managing multi-location or multi-channel operations within the food, retail, or consumer lifestyle industries.
  • Hands-on knowledge of tools such as CRM platforms, Google Workspace, analytics dashboards, and content management systems.
  • Proven results in digital campaigns, marketing activations, and commercial growth.
  • A creative problem-solver with a data-driven approach and strong execution skills.
  • Adaptable leader who thrives in agile, growing environments and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred but not required:

  • Background working in startups or scaling businesses.
  • Visual design or brand development experience.
  • Strong network in events, hospitality, or influencer marketing spaces.

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
