Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Regional Director –

Visayas is responsible for leading and managing the business units of the

region to achieve organizational excellence. He/She establishes the

strategic directions of the region aligned to the company's vision and

mission. He/She leads the team to ensure the achievement of the region's

targets.

Specifically, the Regional Director is accountable and responsible for the

following functions:

  1. Controlling costs to maximize revenue.

  2. Creating and maintaining supplier and franchisee relationships

  3. Developing a thorough understanding of company products as well

as competing products.

  1. Diagnosing problems with the running of the business and

formulating effective solutions.

  1. Works with department teams to select, evaluate, and approve

opportunities for growth in the market.

  1. Other functions as maybe assigned from time to time by the CEO
