
Director of Market Expansion

Greentree Food Solutions (GFS), under LH Paragon, Inc. (LHPI), is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking leader to take on the role of Director of Sales and Market Expansion. This position will be instrumental in shaping our commercial direction, enhancing brand presence, and boosting sales performance across multiple channels to fuel sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:Sales Leadership
- Direct and oversee sales operations across dine-in, take-out, delivery platforms, and B2B/corporate channels.
- Implement performance dashboards and KPIs to track results and drive improvements.
- Roll out incentive and retention programs that push teams to exceed targets.
Market Development
- Generate new revenue streams through events, partnerships, and corporate accounts.
- Expand market presence by capturing new customer groups and entering additional locations.
- Apply market research and competitor analysis to shape expansion strategies.
Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Strengthen brand positioning through consistent messaging aligned with consumer trends.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-store touchpoints.
- Launch customer engagement initiatives that increase loyalty and repeat business.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- 5–10 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong background in managing multi-site or multi-channel operations within food, retail, or consumer-focused industries.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, Google Workspace, analytics dashboards, and content management tools.
- Demonstrated success in driving digital campaigns, marketing activations, and revenue growth.
- Skilled in data-driven decision-making, creative problem-solving, and execution under tight timelines.
- Effective leader who thrives in dynamic environments and collaborates well across functions.

- Established network within events, hospitality, or influencer marketing.
