The Learning and Development Officer i is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing leadership development programs, learning systems, and employee growth initiatives aligned with business goals.
Leadership Development- Conduct learning needs analysis and design targeted interventions
- Deliver and evaluate leadership programs using appropriate learning modalities
- Report learning outcomes and effectiveness to stakeholders
- Manage user accounts and learning records on SAP SuccessFactors and JFC Learning Web
- Serve as the main liaison with regional and global L&D teams for LMS initiatives
- Ensure timely execution and compliance with global LMS requirements
- Consolidate and validate IDPs; curate learning solutions
- Source and evaluate external training providers
- Maintain accurate IDP records for analysis and decision-making
- Lead implementation of regional and global L&D programs
- Represent the business unit in global workgroups and localize program rollouts
- Ensure high participation and alignment with strategic goals
- Organize and manage learning events from planning to post-event evaluation
- Oversee vendor sourcing and performance
- Ensure budget adherence and achievement of learning objectives
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business or Education is preferred.
- Completed trainings in Learning Design and Development or Instructional Design.
- With at least five (5) years of experience as a learning and development practitioner
- With at least three (3) years of experience in leadership development.
- Must be proficient in end-to-end learning design and development, at least proficient on the general functions of learning management systems.
- With a strong ability in MS Excel and Powerpoint. Agile adopter of technology.
- Self-starter, strong customer and stakeholder orientation.
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig.
