We're on the lookout for a creative and organized Google Ads Specialist.

Working Hours: Philippine day shift with some flexibility to align with Australian business hours ( May require occasional early morning or evening meetings)

Work Set-up: REMOTE

What You'll Do:

To proactively monitor, manipulate, and maintain Google Ads Performance Max, Shopping, Search and Display campaigns, ensuring ROAS and marketing performance targets are met. To ensure the best quality keywords, ad copy, bidding strategy and targets and implemented across all campaigns.

● Creating and maintaining multiple Performance Max, Shopping, Search and Display campaigns.

● Monitoring and proactively changing/managing ROAS target, budgets, ad copy and content to meet marketing performance targets. Page 1 of 3

● Investigate problems with product data with the intention of altering and improving campaigns. This includes the use of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center and other product databases.

● Identify, isolate and remove poor performing, or irrelevant keywords and assets from campaigns.

● Manipulate spreadsheets to create and manipulate Google Ads campaigns and analyze and report on results.

● Ensure all assets and ad copy are on brand and relevant to the target market.

● Liaise with our Google Ads reps, taking responsibility for presenting fi ndings to our internal team.

● Managing and actioning recommendations from Google Ads reps across Search, Shopping & Performance Max Campaigns.

Skills Requirements

  • Google ads specialist with atleast 2-3 years experience with:
  • Google Ads ● Google Merchant Center ● Google Analytics
  • Candidates must have in-house Google Ads management experience, i.e. having worked directly for a company to manage its campaigns rather than for an agency that manages Google Ads as a service to other businesses.
