Who We're Looking For

We're hiring a high-level Ads & Content Posting Specialist to manage technical ad posting AND daily social content publishing across:

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Google
  • YouTube
  • TikTok

You will not create the ads or videos, but you will post them, launch campaigns, optimize, and ensure they are delivered correctly to the right audiences.

You'll also be responsible for posting Reels, carousels, and captions provided by our team across platforms.

You must have your own Meta Business login, Google Ads login, and TikTok account access so we can add you as a guest to our assets.

Candidates without prior U.S. ad experience or platform access will not be considered.


Responsibilities

Ads Execution (Paid Media)

  • Launch paid ads across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Select proper campaign objectives, placements, budgets, bidding strategies, and ad sets
  • Troubleshoot ad rejections, delivery issues, and pixel/event problems
  • Optimize active ads for better performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.)
  • Ensure all campaigns are compliant with U.S. ad standards

Social Media Posting (Organic Content)

  • Post Reels, stories, carousels, and single image content across platforms using our provided creative and captions
  • Schedule posts using native platforms or tools (e.g., Meta Planner, TikTok, Buffer)
  • Organize and maintain post calendars in Google Sheets or ClickUp
  • Report on post engagement and flag content that performs best

Tracking & Collaboration

  • Ensure UTM tracking, pixel events, and conversion tracking are firing properly
  • Submit weekly reporting summaries and suggested optimizations
  • Communicate clearly with team leads and collaborate during content drops or campaign cycles

Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience launching ads on Meta, Google, YouTube, and/or TikTok
  • Proven experience managing U.S.-based accounts or clients
  • Must have your own Meta Business Manager login and Google/TikTok access
  • Familiarity with social platform algorithms and best posting times
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Must be reliable, organized, and performance-oriented

Nice to Have (Bonus)
  • Experience using Go High Level (GHL) to manage campaigns, leads, or ad attribution
  • Understanding of lead gen funnels or local business advertising strategies
  • Experience running retargeting and lookalike audiences
