Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Specialist with a strong background in e-commerce and service-based industries. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads (required), Meta, and TikTok Ads, with a proven track record of driving conversions and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
  • Develop strategies tailored to e-commerce and service-based businesses to maximize visibility, traffic, and sales.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and reporting.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to achieve ROI and growth goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in digital advertising.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in paid advertising, specifically in e-commerce and service-based industries.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max).
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to create and optimize ad creatives for multiple platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
