Job Title: Spatial Data Manager

Job Description Summary: The Spatial Data Manager (SDM) will be responsible for the day-to-day functionality of the client's Space Management tool, including data integrity of CAD floor plans, occupant data, and reporting (regular or ad hoc) for a client portfolio or set of buildings.

About the Role:

  1. Contribute subject matter expertise in spatial data management, CAD / CAFM administration, space and occupancy data analytics, and space utilization measurement.
  2. Ensure compliance with client space data standards and establish a consistent data governance model.
  3. Provide vital linkage between the space management platform and industry best practices; introduce innovation to the account team/client.
  4. Hold expertise in CAD/CAFM and the methodologies and calculations used to generate and analyze allocation deliverables.
  5. Support peer teams as necessary regarding space, occupancy, and/or utilization data.

About You:

  1. BA/BS degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, Space Data Management, Data Analytics, or Occupancy Planning.
  2. Four to eight years of experience in a corporate real estate environment.
  3. Proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings, concepts, and design.
  4. Proficient in MS Office Suite applications.
  5. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
