Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining data systems across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, security, and operational efficiency.

Key tasks include leveraging retail app platform to monitor, extract, and analyze field activity data, as well as developing, maintaining, and optimizing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Technical Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Repsly or similar field data collection platforms.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with demonstrated dashboard and visualization experience (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Excel).
  • Advanced Excel proficiency with strong knowledge of formulas, functions, and data manipulation techniques.
  • Experience in preparing and presenting daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
  • Strong background in raw data clean-up, transformation, and validation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior involvement in retail projects (end-to-end), including execution, data tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization within data or operations environments.
  • Exposure to project management, including planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor junior team members or analysts.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in a data operations or data management role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
