Job Description

The Geospatial Data Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day functionality of a space management tool, including data integrity of CAD floor plans, occupant data, and reporting. This role requires expertise in spatial data management, CAD/CAM administration, and space utilization measurement.

About the Role:

  1. Contribute to subject matter expertise in geospatial data management and analysis, CAD/CAM administration, and space planning.
  2. Ensure compliance with client data standards and establish a consistent data governance model.
  3. Provide vital linkage between the space management platform and industry best practices; introduce innovation to the account team.
  4. Hold expertise in CAD/CAM and the methodologies used to generate allocation deliverables.
  5. Support peer teams regarding space, occupancy, and utilization data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, or related field.
  • Four to eight years of experience in corporate real estate environment.
  • Proficiency in architectural drawings, concepts, and design.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite applications.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
